No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
For all appointments, a $50 deposit is taken at the time of booking, which is redeemable on the day of your appointment for treatments and product purchases.
Because we value your time (and ours), you will be sent an SMS 48 hours before your appointment for confirmation. To be fair to our clients, we will further attempt to call, and or text you the day before your appointment is scheduled.
If you don't respond to confirm your scheduled appointment, you cancel, reschedule, or not show to an appointment inside 24 hours of your appointment, your $50 deposit will be deemed non-redeemable and non-refundable.
If you have purchased a skin treatment package(s), and you don’t show to an appointment, we reserve the right to forfeit one skin treatment from your package. We reserve the right to reallocate your appointment to waitlisted clients.

Preparing your skin properly before a microdermabrasion treatment helps ensure the best results and minimises the risk of irritation. Here's how to get your skin ready:

Avoid Active Skincare Products (3–5 Days Before)

Stop using retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C, or other exfoliants.
These can increase sensitivity and the risk of irritation.

Skip Waxing or Hair Removal (5–7 Days Before)

Avoid waxing, threading, or depilatory creams on the treatment area.
These can make the skin more vulnerable to discomfort during the procedure.

Avoid Excess Sun Exposure & Tanning

No tanning beds or prolonged sun exposure for at least 1 week before treatment.
Sunburned or overly sensitised skin cannot be treated.

Hydrate Your Skin

Keep your skin well-moisturised in the days leading up to treatment.
Drink plenty of water to support healthy skin function.

Let Your Skin Therapist Know If...

You're using prescription skincare or acne medications.
You’ve had recent skin treatments (chemical peels, laser, microneedling, etc.).

Post Care Requirements

Avoid Sun Exposure

Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun—wear broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.
Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and outdoor heat for at least 3–5 days.

Skip Harsh Skincare Products (for 3–5 Days)

Alpha/Beta Hydroxy Acids (AHAs/BHAs)
Vitamin C (in high concentrations)
