For all appointments, a $50 deposit is taken at the time of booking, which is redeemable on the day of your appointment for treatments and product purchases.
Because we value your time (and ours), you will be sent an SMS 48 hours before your appointment for confirmation. To be fair to our clients, we will further attempt to call, and or text you the day before your appointment is scheduled.
If you don't respond to confirm your scheduled appointment, you cancel, reschedule, or not show to an appointment inside 24 hours of your appointment, your $50 deposit will be deemed non-redeemable and non-refundable.

What to expect from your treatment

Treatment Duration: Approximately 30–45 minutes
Cleansing the Skin: Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed to remove any makeup, oil, or surface impurities. This prepares your skin for optimal exfoliation.
Epi-Dermal Leveling Process: A trained professional uses a sterile, surgical-grade blade held at a 45-degree angle to gently glide across the skin. This action removes:
Dead skin cell build-up
Fine facial hair (peach fuzz)
Surface debris and impurities
You may feel a light, scratching sensation, but it’s painless and quite relaxing for most clients.
Post-Treatment Skincare: After exfoliation, soothing and hydrating serums or masks may be applied to calm the skin and lock in moisture. The skin is often more receptive to active ingredients at this stage.

3–5 Days Before Treatment:

Pause harsh treatments: Refrain from using at-home peels, scrubs, or microdermabrasion devices.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and keep your skin well-moisturised.
Avoid direct sun exposure: Sunburned or overly sensitised skin cannot be treated.

24 Hours Before Treatment:

No waxing or threading: Avoid facial hair removal methods on the area to be treated.
Skip active skincare: Do not apply retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxide.
Avoid alcohol-based products: These can dry out or sensitise the skin.
Come with a clean face: If possible, arrive makeup-free or with minimal product on your skin.

Ideal Skin Condition on the Day:

Skin should be calm, non-irritated, and free from active acne breakouts or open wounds.
If you’ve recently had laser, peels, or injectables, consult your skin therapist before booking.

Post Care Requirements

Avoid Sun Exposure

Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun—wear broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.
Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and outdoor heat for at least 3–5 days.

No hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or intense workouts.
Excess heat can irritate freshly exfoliated skin.

Don’t Pick or Scratch

Your skin might feel dry or slightly flaky—this is normal.
Avoid picking, scratching, or exfoliating manually.

FAQs

Will my hair grow back thicker or darker?

No. Epidermal leveling removes vellus hair (fine, soft peach fuzz) and does not alter its texture, color, or growth rate. Hair will grow back at the same rate and in the same way as before.

Is epidermal leveling safe for all skin types?
