What’s involved with Profhilo® ?
For maximum comfort, topical anaesthetic is applied to the skin, the ultra-pure hyaluronic acid is then precisely injected into the area being treated, stimulating collagen and elastin over time and attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin to boost hydration.
Depending on the area to be treated, small “bumps” may appear for 24-48 hours until the gel is rapidly absorbed into the skin.
With all injectable treatments, bruising is possible but will resolve quickly within a few days.
2-3 treatments are recommended, spaced 6-8 weeks apart.
As a tissue and biostimulator, skin quality remodels and develops over time, for continual changes and improvement.
